Markie Chestnut

Acute Oncology Nurse Consultant
The Isle of Man

I’ve recently advanced into a Nurse Consultant role after being an AO Advanced Nurse Practitioner for the last 3 years, and an AO CNS prior to that.

Our oncology services as a whole are nurse led on the Island, acting as a ‘spoke’ of Clatterbridge Cancer Centre (CCC).

I’m fortunate to lead the AO service on the Isle of Man with oversight from CCC and I have a particular interest in MUO.

I’m eager for AO on the Isle of Man to keep pace with the teams around the North West and we’re very fortunate to be well embedded within the various AO groups throughout the region.
