UKAOS trustee and board member elected as clinical vice president of the Royal College of Physicians

We’re delighted to announce the next clinical vice president of the Royal College of Physicians is, Dr Hilary Williams

Dr Williams is a Consultant Medical Oncologist in Velindre Cancer Centre, Cardiff, and is currently Vice President for the Royal College of Physicians Wales.

She decribes herself as in Oncologist bridging the gap between cancer & acute care,and works tirelessly to develop and promote Acute Oncology Servces within Wales and the UK.

Hilary is a founder member of UKAOS and current treasurer.

We believe that Dr Williams is the first oncologist to hold this prestigeous role within the RCP and feel sure that urgent cancer care will be high on her agenda.
