We are pleased that UKAOS have been involved in the consultation process for this edition of the Triage Tool and have added our badge to Version 3.

The UKONS Acute Oncology Members Interest Group are very excited and proud to share with you the much awaited UKONS 24 Hour Triage Toolkit version 3. This new version reflects our commitment to promote excellence in the nursing management and care of cancer patients. 

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the review process over the past 18 months, especially our core review group. Your thoughtful feedback, rigorous testing, and dedication to updating the toolkit has been invaluable. This release would not have been possible without your expertise and support. A special thankyou also to Philippa Jones MBE who was an integral part of this review. As an original author, her expertise, wisdom and guidance was extremely valuable.

We are thrilled to share this new version with you and hope that it continues to support you safely in practice.
